I have a room available in my three-bed, one full/two half bath townhome in NE Capitol Hill for CF interns or new college grads for the fall semester (Mid-August - December (flexible start date)). Rent is $1600 including utilities.

The house is a classic Capitol Hill row home just north of Lincoln Park. On the D24, C43, D20 bus lines and close to Union Station. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Safeway. 

The bedroom is furnished, with a dresser, twin bed, desk and desk chair.

A little about me: I am 27, and Atlanta, GA born and raised. I’ve lived in Washington for four years and work as a legislative assistant for a lobbying firm. I work from the office five days a week. For the last two years, I have opened my home to interns and young women new to DC, with the aim of providing an alternative to typical intern housing. Outside of work, I’m heavily involved in King’s Church and a big reader, golfer, and artist. I love to cook, thrift, be outside, and spend time with friends. I’m an early riser and enjoy slow, quiet mornings.
