Hi we are Tarah and Evelyn and we are looking for a third female roommate for our cute Arlington house! We have a lovely stand-alone 3 bed, 3 bath, 2,382 square foot house on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood in Arlington. We are located just 6 min from the East Falls Church Metro stop and right off of Route 7 (Langston Blvd). Quick drive to Falls Church, Balston and walkable to CVS, Harris Teeter, Safeway and Starbucks. Four min from I-66.
We have a very friendly household and spend a lot of time together. We have friends over occasionally but not generally big gatherings. We love to spend some evenings together watching something, talking, or just doing separate things together while we hang out with the pets!
About Evelyn: I'm 24 and currently work at a local fitness store. I have a pet hedgehog who comes out to cuddle for movie nights. I like to spend time outside, hang out with my local family, watch movies (particularly old ones), and go thrifting. I'm always down for a good cup of coffee and love to hang out with my roommates at night over going out. I have an obsession with mushrooms and anything tapestry and love everything "grandma core."
About Tarah: I’m a health and fitness entrepreneur in my mid-30s, and love all things related to strength, endurance, and nutrition. I have two professionally trained dogs who bring so much joy to our home and always keep things exciting. I spend many of my weekends trail running in Shenandoah with them. I’m an avid concert-goer and love a spontaneous kitchen dance party when the music hits just right. I also enjoy quiet evenings and high quality conversations with my housemates.
About the room: Master bedroom with a shared bathroom between two people. Spacious, walk-in closet, two large windows, hardwood floors. Shared common kitchen, living room, back yard, and storage/laundry area. Driveway or street parking.
