Seeking 1-2 CM roommates in Cheverly, MD starting August 1st. 3 bed, 1.5 bath. Total rent is $2,400- utilities not included. We can split evenly or however we feel is most fair. I’ve already signed the lease and looking to add 1 or 2 roommates. It’s a two year lease, but you can add or drop if/when needed.

About Cheverly: Walking distance from Cheverly Metro. Right off 295 for easy driving access into DC/Fort Meade/Baltimore. Right off of 50 as well for easy access to Annapolis. Very friendly, quiet neighborhood with several parks.

About me: 28 years old, working Downtown in Project Management. Clean, responsible, laid back. Enjoy hiking, playing sports, hanging out, playing games, watching sports/movies. Attend local church and volunteer with youth group, and would like to host bible studies/small group occasionally, if possible. Looking for a roommate that is also pursuing their faith and seeking to grow, and will be an encouragement to be around.
