I’m looking for a Christian female to take over my room in a 4-bedroom home in Arlington, VA. I’m moving out at the end of July because I’m getting married, and my roommates and I are hoping to find someone who would be a great fit for the house!
The home is shared with three other Christian women. Rent is approximately $850/month plus utilities.
The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood less than a mile from both the Clarendon and Virginia Square Metro stations (about a 20–25 minute walk), as well as downtown Clarendon. It’s a great location for interns, young professionals, or graduate students.
Bedroom includes:
• Twin bedframe and mattress
• Dresser

• Spacious closet with sliding doors and plenty of storage space
• Two windows that provide great natural light
House includes:
• Spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and dedicated cabinet and refrigerator space
• Access to shared kitchen utensils, cookware, appliances, dishes, and filtered water

• On-site parking lot and driveway parking
• Large front and back yards
• Convenient access to Metro, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores in Clarendon/Courthouse areas.
The room will be available beginning August 1, 2026. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces.
