I am looking for a Christian female to move into a 2bd/2ba apartment with me in Alexandria near Potomac yard. I am looking to move in mid July. I have an apartment in mind that I would like to live in, but haven’t signed a lease yet and would love to chat with you about it if you are interested!
The apartment complex is gated and it is 4 stories. It has a pool and a gym and plenty of space. There is parking and security. It has an in-unit washer and dryer and is very close to the Potomac yard shopping area and is 1/2 mile away from the metro. It is also a 20ish min drive away from Capitol Hill.
Price: Between $1400 - $1500 with utilities and depending on if you would like parking. It is a 12 month lease.
It is an unfurnished apartment, so you’ll need to have your own furniture for your room and bathroom and we can furnished the Common areas together. I do already have a lot of kitchen items.
I am very clean and value a comfortable and cozy home away from the city. I am really looking to have a relaxing place to come home to since my job can be pretty chaotic sometimes.
A little about me: I am in my early 20s and graduated college not too long ago. I work on Capitol Hill. I enjoy reading and watching movies. I go on walks all the time. I enjoy finding new hobbies to try and I enjoy driving and spending the day in new cities. I also love cooking just about anything!
