I am looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment in the Virginia Square/ Ballston area of Arlington in late August/early September (12-month lease). 

Rent: $1,730 (+wifi & parking, if needed) 
All other utilities included. 

The apartment is located: 
-5 minute walk to both the VA Square and Ballston metro stops (on Orange and Silver lines)
-Walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, trails, parks, and grocery stores

The apartment building offers great amenities, including an outdoor pool, community room, and a large gym. The apartment is a corner unit and has two balconies, a lot of natural light, open kitchen/living room floor plan, in-unit washer/dryer, and each bedroom has a walk-through closet. Please note, the building is pet free.
