I am looking for a Christian female roommate with similar values. It is a private room in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a balcony. Rent is $1050 for the smaller room  (partially furnished or unfurnished) or $1580 for the big room. The apartment complex has great outdoor seating, grills, and a rooftop with fire pits. There is also a great gym, 24/7 concierge, and dry-cleaning service (if desired). If you have a car, parking garage fee is $200 monthly. No pets.

I’ve really enjoyed living here, it is super clean, convenient, and very safe! Church is very important to me. I’m easy going, work from home, and enjoy outdoors activities.

3-5 min walk to the Clarendon metro, restaurants, and Trader Joe’s. Highly walkable neighborhood 3-10 min walk to the Crossing Clarendon, Whole foods, post office, George Mason Law school, and parks. I am happy to provide more detailed pictures of the apartment if you are interested. Thank you!
