Looking for Someone to Takeover my Lease in Del Ray.

I currently live in a one bedroom apartment in Del Ray and am looking for someone to take over my lease in July. The apartment complex allows pets and even has a dog park, gym, and parking garage. The apartment complex is Del Ray Towers at Fuse and is in walking distance of a metro, the downtown area, and Old Town Alexandria.
