My wife has owned this Beetle since she was 16. We're selling because we moved to DC, work from home, have another car, and just don't need a second. It's been a great one and we're genuinely going to miss it.
Mechanically it's solid and has 131,000 miles on it. Always oil changed on time, and we just put two brand new front tires on it. It also has the Bose sound system, which is a nice bonus.
Being straight with you on the quirks:
Passenger door creaks when you open it (issue from a jack mishap — cosmetic, doesn't affect the door function. Probably easy to fix I just haven't done it)
A/C needs a tune-up. It works but takes a very long time to get cold and runs loud. Heater is totally fine.
Windshield washer fluid system needs repair
Cosmetically it's got scratches, dings, and hail damage throughout. Missing a piece of the grill and a reflector. It's been a first car and it looks like one.
