Hi! I am subletting my fully furnished room! It will be available this summer from June 12 to August 6, with some flexibility on dates. The room is on the top level and includes a private closet and bathroom. Rent is $1400/month plus utilities, and there is also a parking spot available.

You would be sharing the home with my female roommates, which includes a medical resident, medical student, and government official. They are very kind, respectful, and helpful, especially if you are new to the Georgetown area.

The location is very convenient: about a 10-minute walk to Georgetown University Hospital, a 5-minute walk to Jettie's and nearby nail spa, and about a 20–25 minute walk to the heart of Georgetown/M Street. The house is also right by a bus stop, making it easy to get around DC.

You will have your own key and can come and go as you please. You will also have access to the kitchen and shared living space. Towels, dishes, and basic household essentials will be provided. The room also includes a whiteboard and TV, which may be especially helpful for students.

This would be ideal for a medical student, visiting student, resident, intern, or anyone looking for a convenient summer stay near Georgetown.
