Seeking a Christian Male to fill a vacant room starting June 1st. It is a townhouse located in Vienna, VA right near the Boro in Tysons Corner. Location is less than half a mile from two metro stops and there is a variety of shops, restaurants, and activities close by. 
The townhome is a 4 bed 3.5 bath. There are currently 2 other men in the house with an intention of keeping one bedroom as a guest room for visiting family and friends. The vacant room is an extremely spacious basement floor with a bedroom, personal full bath, and large living space. The only reason for roommates entering into this space is for washer/dryer purposes, as well as entering into the backyard. 
The rent for this room will be $1,400 (not including utilities). Utilities usually range from $100-$150 per month. 
There are two reserved parking spots for the location which we rotate on a weekly basis and there is ample street parking on weeks without a guaranteed parking spot. 
There are a couple house rules that need to be agreed upon and those will be discussed if you are interested in renting.
