Hi! I'm a college student starting a summer internship at DHS headquarters on the St. Elizabeths campus in Congress Heights on June 1st. I'm looking for a furnished or unfurnished room to rent from June 1 through August 7, 2026.
A bit about me: I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I'm a cat lover and pet-friendly. I don't smoke and I don't have a car, so I'll be relying on Metro to get to work. Ideally I'd love a room along or near the Green Line, but I'm open to anywhere with a reasonable Metro commute to Congress Heights station.
Budget is around $800–$1,100/month, utilities included preferred. Month-to-month or short-term lease is ideal given my summer timeline. I'm happy to provide references or hop on a call to answer any questions.
