Hey!! My name is Emily, and I’m looking for housing starting in August!! I just graduated from Clemson in December, and I’m moving to DC for a role in Rosslyn. I was blessed to see the fruit that comes with living in community at clemson and would love to create a space for that in DC if possible :) I love to go for walks, read, run, and spend time with people I love. I also love a clean space and probably more on the type-A side for personal space haha but am so okay with shared spaces however roommates prefer! I’d love to stay under or around $1200 rent, prefer to be accessible to a metro stop but don’t have a neighborhood preference, and don’t mind taking over a sublease! Please reach out!!
