We have a room available for a CM in Arlington. It’s a townhome very conveniently located to commute to DC, as it is just a block from I-395. Pentagon is the nearest metro. The available room is an upstairs bedroom with a bathroom shared with one other person. There is a washer and dryer downstairs. The middle level has a kitchen and shared living space, and there are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The rent is $900 per month plus 1/3 of house utilities (about $100/month).
