We have a room opening up in our 5-bed Capitol Hill townhouse starting as early as May 29th, for a 12-month lease.

The house is centrally located about 10-minute walk from Capitol South Metro, 15-minute walk from Union Station, less than 5 minute walk to the Capitol building, and walkable to all other amenities Capitol Hill has to offer! This is included but not limited to a ton of restaurants, cafes, bars, the mall, Eastern Market, Trader Joes- the works. 

We also offer a front yard and a backyard which is an exciting perk of our house in this area. 
The remaining four roommates you would be joining are in mid-twenties, with a working mix of at-home and in-office schedules. 

The house is looking for another woman in her mid-upper twenties to join. Rent is $950 plus utilities. You would share a bathroom with one other person. There is endless street parking if you have a vehicle as well.
