•	Big kitchen with modern appliances, farmhouse sink, and full pantry setup
•	Living area — one with a massive TV in a lounge with sectional and deck access
•	Dining room that actually fits a full dinner party
•	Home gym with squat rack, bench, and full plate set
•	Enclosed backyard with patio space — great for grilling and hanging out

What’s included:
•	Monthly maid service (bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas)
•	All the furniture/appliances you see
•	Flexible 6–12 month lease

The housemates: 4 professional guys, easygoing, respectful of each other’s space. Social enough for a weeknight dinner or game night, but everyone has their own life going on.

Looking for: Someone clean, communicative, and drama-free. Working professional or grad student preferred.
