Universities: 20 min walk to GW, 25 min to Georgetown.
Transportation: 2 min walk to the bus, 15 min to the Metro.
Shops: 10-15 min walk to Georgetown restaurants, shops, and Trader Joe’s, 1 min from Streets Market.

The Space:
Rent: $1,150/month (+ utilities)
Layout: 2 bed / 1 bath (Washer/Dryer in building). Available bedroom is bright and spacious with huge windows, great natural light, and a closet.

About Me: 
I’m a 23-year-old grad student. I’m a serious-goofy talkative introvert! I love healthy living, long hikes, traveling, reading, and listening to country music!

What I’m Looking For: 
I am looking for a like-minded female (aged 20–30) for a long-term lease. I’m very big on clean living (no drugs/smoking) and keeping our home a peaceful, quiet, and comfortable sanctuary!
