Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease from July to October, with the option to take over the lease and renew in Oct. I currently live here with my amazing roommate! We are both Christians and are looking for someone with similar values to take my spot. Rent is $1950 + utilities.

We are in a very central location with a Target and the Ballston metro being only about a 3-5 minute walk away. Access to the entire apartment requires a key, including access to the assigned parking spot in the parking garage. I am happy to provide more detailed pictures of the space if you are interested!
