Hi! I'm a 21 y/o college grad to-be who will be interning at a think tank this summer before starting grad school in the fall.
I am looking to sublet/sublease a room or apartment in any of the following neighborhoods: Georgetown, Foggy, Kalorama/AdMo/DuPont, Logan Circle/14th St., Shaw, or Capitol Hill. (If Capitol Hill, ideally at least close-ish to a metro stop!)
My internship is June 8 -- August 14th, so my ideal is two months (June 7th -- August 8th or thereabouts) but I could also do three months (May 31st -- August 31st or thereabouts). My max rental budget for the summer is $3,000, though I'd love to find a place for two months and spend $2,000.
I am very clean and very quiet. The only requirements I have are in-unit or in-building W/D and, ideally, a bathroom not shared with more than 1-2 people. But I'm flexible and desperate!
