My roommate is moving for a new job so I’m looking for another female roommate to take over her part of the lease in our apartment starting May 1st. It’s a private room in a two-bedroom one bathroom with a lot of closet space. Monthly rent is around $1350 including utilities.
The apartment is in Pentagon City and has an in-unit washer and dryer. The building has a lot of amenities (indoor pool, gym and co-working space) and is only a 10 min walk from the metro.
