Hi! My house of 4 girls are all moving out and looking to fill the spaces before our lease is up mid July. We’re looking for 1–2 people to take over the basement space in our townhome in Navy Yard, but may have additional rooms available upstairs if you're hoping to move with a group.

As two separate rooms: one for $1,125 and the other for $1,025
Or as the entire basement for $2,125

Room details:
Bedroom A includes the washer/dryer, a kitchen, a bathroom, and direct access to the sidewalk.

Bedroom B features a large closet for storage and a staircase connecting to the rest of the house. Bathroom and laundry is shared with the top floor of the house.
