Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room beginning May 1. I live in a beautiful townhome in Capitol Riverfront, walkable to two metro stops (green/orange/blue/silver lines), Barracks Row, the ballpark, the Capitol and more! My roommates are two Christian girls who are close friends of mine and there is one friendly dog in the house. 

The available room is on the top floor, has its own full bathroom, and a shared adjoining loft and rooftop deck. Available furnished or unfurnished for ~$1600/month. 

Sublet is available from May 1 - August 15, with the option to take over the lease permanently after that through June 29, 2027. There will also be a second room/full bath available in the house beginning June 30 for a similar rent price.
