My name is Tim, and I am looking to move to Capitol Hill this spring/summer. I am 23 years old, and I am originally from Maryland. I commute to DC daily for work, but after two years of that, I am a bit tired and ready to be more local.
For the past two years, I have worked for a Christian nonprofit doing policy advocacy.
I am incredibly organized and neat. I like to keep my spaces clean. I enjoy playing tennis, reading, going for walks, watching football, movies, and baking. I am active in my local church and love building community with fellow believers.
I am open to joining a rental or connecting with others looking for housing and searching together. I would like to keep rent under $1500 a month if possible. I would prefer a year-long lease.
