I have a room available for a CM in Arlington. It’s a townhome very conveniently located to commute to DC, as it is just a block from I-395. Pentagon is the nearest metro. The available room is a half basement with a private bath. There is a washer and dryer. The middle level has a kitchen and shared living space, and there are two bedrooms upstairs, one of which I occupy. The rent is $1100 per month plus utilities (about $100/month).
