You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom with a loft space. We share the downstairs common areas, including the kitchen and living room. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer upstairs and a private sundeck. I have a cat who is very friendly.

The condo is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to several bus stops, providing easy access to nearby metro stations (Fort Totten and Petworth). Walking distance from La Coop Coffee, local restaurants, and neighborhood parks.

The room is available starting April 1, with a minimum 12-month lease. Rent is $1,700 per month. Electric and Wi-Fi are separate.
