Hi y’all! My roomate is moving out to be closer to her work, so I’m looking for someone to takeover over her lease.
It’s a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in navy yard. Rent is about $1700. Your room isn’t furnished but most of the furniture/decor in the shared spaces is mine so you wouldn’t have to worry about that (if you did have furniture/decor for the shared space, there is still room for that too)! The move in date is flexible, anytime in April/May would work and then the lease is until October. The apartment complex has an awesome rooftop with fire pits, outdoor seating, grills, a pool and a really cool view of the Capitol and Washington Monument! There’s also a great gym, 24/7 concierge, and dry cleaning service (if desired). I’ve really enjoyed living here, it’s super convenient and feels very safe!
A little about me! I’m 25, from Maryland and went to Clemson University where I got my bachelors in sports communication and political science, and my masters in athletic leadership. I moved to DC last August and work on the hill. I love sports, huge Clemson and ravens fan! My relationship with Jesus is the most important thing to me. In my free time I love exploring the city, going on walks, reading, going to sports games, concerts, comedy shows and hanging out with friends (sharing meals, playing cards & games, watching tv, going out occasionally, etc).
