There’s generous closet space and a versatile nook that works well for sleeping, working, or simply relaxing. Rent is $1,175 per month, plus utilities and WiFi approximately $110/month.
The house itself is beautifully renovated, fully furnished, and lovingly maintained. Shared spaces include a spacious kitchen and living room, a cozy sunroom and porch, a desk/workstation, and a large deck that’s great for grilling and enjoying fresh air.
For those who bike, there’s an outdoor garage where you can securely lock your bike, and street parking is generally easy to find. An optional enclosed private parking space is also available for rent if needed.
You’d be sharing the home with me - a Christ-centered woman in full-time ministry who enjoys an active, purpose-driven life - along with an adorable cockapoo who visits often. This home tends to be a great fit for someone who enjoys both quiet personal space and the option for meaningful connection with a housemate.
