You'd have your own room and bathroom with lots of closet space and additional storage in the entry hallway.

Rent:
- $1500 base rent plus utilities (electricity and wifi). 

Parking: 
- I currently rent a reserved garage parking spot from the landlord for an additional $130/month. 

Condo/Building: 
- The condo has an open floor plan with a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, and sun room. 
- Washer and dryer in unit. 
- The building comes with several amenities including access to a gym, pickleball and tennis courts, and a swimming pool. 
- 24/7 staffed front desk and package services.

Area: 
- A 5-7min walk to the Rosslyn Metro Station (blue, silver, orange lines) and by a few bus stops.
- Near a Starbucks, Target, Safeway, CVS, and many restaurants. 
- Convenient location near Key Bridge for strolls to Georgetown.

Roommate:
- My current roommate is a young professional CF in her early 20s who attends a local DC church, loves to bake, and enjoys going to the gym and taking workout classes. Looking for someone who is Christian, friendly, clean and organized, and respectful to join her in the condo.
