The basement is a spacious, open area with a full private bathroom and a pantry/storage space. Shared main-floor areas include a living room, dining room, sunroom, and kitchen. Laundry (washer/dryer), a utility sink, and a shared chest freezer are located in the basement pantry.
Bonus: there’s a strong community nearby—several other church members live close, including a few other guys’ houses.
