I am temporarily moving away from DC and subleasing my bedroom in a beautiful 4BR/3B South Arlington home. You would be living with three lovely Christian girls and sharing a bathroom with one of them. Common spaces in the house include a cozy living room with a fireplace, spacious kitchen, light-filled dining room, finished basement, laundry room, spare room, and our favorite part: a beautiful screened-in porch that's super fun to hang out in when the weather's nice. We also have a back patio (pictured), outdoor fireplace, and a big backyard with lawn care provided (included in the rent)!

The bedroom has two windows and wood flooring and is currently furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and bookcase. If you need to bring your own furniture, let me know and we'll work it out. I'm looking for a tenant who can stay January-April. Flexible move in/out dates. $1200/month plus utilities.

The house is located in the Barcroft neighborhood in Arlington near George Mason Drive and Route 50 (Arlington Blvd), just a short drive from DC, Alexandria, or anywhere in Arlington. 7 min drive or 15 min bus ride to Ballston metro.
