One Bedroom Apartment Available in NW DC in November
Hello! We are looking for someone to take over our lease for a 1-bedroom apartment located at 15th and V St NW, in between Columbia Heights and U Street, just blocks away from Meridian Hill Park. We've had a great experience in this building (Berkshire 15) but are sadly moving away from DC in November.
The remaining lease would be 7 months (November 18th - June 15th), and you would have the option to renew a lease yourself after that. Monthly rent is $2,885. Our security deposit would roll over to you, and we would pay your application fee and the lease changeover fee. We are also willing to offer a direct bonus of $2,000 - it would be a huge help to find someone to take over our lease as we weren't expecting to be moving.

- It's a short walk to the U Street station and you're close to lots of bus lines (52/54, S2/S9, 90/92/96)
