Seeking CF for Fairfax City Townhouse w/Monthly Cleaning
Hi! I am a Non-smoking Christian Female, seeking the same. A little about me, I am in my early 30s, a sales engineer who works from home. I go to a local church, am a small group leader, and attend Bible Study Fellowship. We have two cats, so looking for cat friendly folks, but unable to have additional pets. The furnished room is gorgeous!!! In fact, it’s almost a whole floor, which includes private full bath, spacious closet, double-windows, and ceiling fan and light. In addition there is a semi-private workout/living room area and an open-air balcony at $1,250/month. The living room contains is an Apple TV, workout equipment, and armchairs. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, night stand, shelves, chair, and table. Included in the rent is high-speed wifi, parking, storage, common kitchen items, and a monthly professional cleaning. All house members share utilities and cleaning responsibilities, ranging from ages 20s to 60s; it’s a very harmonious and fun group that watches out for each other. Utilities range from $30-$50 monthly. You must work in the office at least 8 hours/day during the work week; no remote workers and hybrid workers will be evaluated on case-by-case basis. Kitchen use is highly recommended to meal plan. My heart is to build a Christian community, where the common areas are a flexible place to hang, hold small groups, Bible studies, get-togethers, prayer meetings, and board games. We have monthly dinners and celebrating personal events like birthdays and holidays are highly welcomed! The townhouse is located in The Towns at Boulevard VI in the City of Fairfax and is about 2800 square feet. There’s plenty of hangout spots, like 2 living rooms each with an Apple TV, and two balconies for everyone to have their privacy and their friends over. The community has a walking path around the whole area, a park nearby, and an upcoming Mosaic District-like development within walking distance. The house is walking distance from the Shops at Fairfax, Aldi, Planet Fitness, Heart, 99 Ranch, Panera, Duck Donuts, Starbucks, Old Town Fairfax, Lowes, CVS, Fairfax Presbyterian Church, parks, Walmart, and many restaurants. Vienna metro stations is about an 8 min drive away or a 15-minute CUE bus ride. GMU is about a 8 min drive or 15 min bike ride and the CUE stop is just outside my house.
