2 rooms available 12/14/25 for Christian guys near Vienna metro, $950 & $1,100, includes utilities.
There will be two rooms available for rent for Christian guys at my place, available starting December 14th. Room 1 is the large basement room with walkout patio doors, and there is an associated full bathroom. The rent for the large basement room is $950 per month, which includes utilities. Room 2 is the large master bedroom with bay window, large walk-in closet, full master bathroom, and additional "dressing station" sink. The rent for the master bedroom is $1,100 per month, which includes utilities. Both rooms are unfurnished, but if you are in need of some furnishings, we might be able to work something out. The home is a nice, end-unit townhouse in a peaceful neighborhood in Vienna near the metro station. It's sunny, spacious, and has well-kept hardwood floors and lots of natural light. It's in a natural setting next to Nottoway park, yet it's walking distance to the Vienna metro station and close to 66, 495, 29, and 50. It’s within the Town of Vienna and close to Mosaic, Fairfax, Oakton, and Tysons. With no traffic congestion, I can drive to D.C. in about 16 minutes. There is plenty of parking available. Lots of green space and mature trees. Free access to neighborhood pool, tennis court, and basketball court. Nottoway park has baseball fields, a soccer/lacrosse field, a fitness trail, a volleyball court, and lighted basketball courts. If you or someone you know is interested, feel free to contact me!

House of 5 CM in Petworth: Spot opening Dec. 1
Hello! Our house of 5 has one spot opening up at the end of November. We are all Christian guys, age range 23-33. We prefer to live with someone who is also hoping to grow in their Christian faith. All guys are involved with our local churches, including Grace DC, Fourth Presbyterian, Church of the Resurrection, and Del Ray Baptist (Alexandria). One guy is leaving at the end of November to embark on married life. We are hoping to find a guy to fill the large shoes he will leave. About the house: The house is situated on an awesome corner lot in Petworth. We're only about an 8-minute walk to the Georgia Ave Metro stop (green line) and grocery stores, plus about a 3-minute walk to a Bikeshare station. There’s also a small neighborhood market across the street from us. Parking is incredibly easy, with unrestricted zones on both sides of the house. The house has a HUGE yard (seriously, it's massive) and we enjoy using it as a fun gathering space. It's also got a very solid kitchen with granite countertops, huge TV area, and a half-wraparound patio outside. There are a ton of windows providing abundant light. Utilities come out to about $125 pp/per month. About the room: The room is a spacious, rectangular space of around 150 square feet on the top floor of the house, with a full bathroom. It’s carpeted and offers plenty of open floor space. There’s also tons of wall space for decorations, and since it’s set apart from the rest of the house, it provides a nice sense of privacy. The outgoing roommate is selling all the furniture currently in the room, including a standing wardrobe, dresser, bed frame, and desk with a chair, so you’d have a ready-made setup if interested. The bathroom is fully attached to the room, but partially shared with the ground-floor roommate, since his level only has a half-bath. You’ll have the space to yourself most of the time; there will be some shared use for showering. About you: We'd hope to have our new roommates be someone who wants to do more than just coexist with us, and who is down for the occasional house hiking trip or museum crawl. All of us maintain active schedules and generally live on-the-go lifestyles, so we try to intentionally get a social activity on the calendar every few weeks. If this sounds appealing, please reach out so we can chat more! Logistics: Each of us has a $1,000 security deposit from when we moved into the house, which you'd need to purchase from the outgoing roommate. Our lease is up for renewal at the end of May, and we hope to re-sign at that point.

We always want our house to be a fun, joyful, and safe space for both each other and those who pass through. The Fourth Roommate: We're looking for a housemate who is dog-friendly! We have a scruffy 14-lb chihuahua-terrier rescue who will make your every entrance into the home a cause for celebration! Bo is super easy-going, sheds very little, and is eager to play when invited.
