If you're still reading, here's a bit about me and what I'm looking for. First and foremost, I am a believer and am looking for another believer, who prioritizes Christ in all aspects of her life so that we can build each other up in the faith. This means being an involved member of a local, evangelical church and aiming for an Ephesians 4:1 life. I'm in my 20s and mainly work in DC, arriving early and leaving mid-afternoon. Weeknights usually find me staying in to enjoy a book or show with friends/roommate, at Bible study, doing random things with friends (e.g., racquetball, game nights), planning travel/outings, or playing slowpitch softball. I'm straightforward and practical and am hoping the Lord provides an easy-going, adventurous, and responsible roommate, who has some crossover in interests so we can enjoy things together. If you think you might be a good fit, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can discuss further!

Room available Sep 9 CM in Falls Church on Lake w Private Beach Access
Room for Rent | Lake Barcroft | Private Beach Access | All Utilities Included Available September 9, 2026 About the house The house is about a 5-minute walk from Lake Barcroft’s private beaches, with access to swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. It’s also about 15 minutes to the Pentagon, Amazon HQ2, and Ballston, and around 20 minutes to Tysons and downtown DC. The house is fully renovated with plenty of space to hang out or have friends over. There’s a huge Trex deck, outdoor kitchen and grilling area, patio, fire pit, and large open living spaces inside. We also have two full kitchens, Level 2 EV charging, plenty of parking, monthly cleaning of the common areas, and a guest bedroom available when friends or family visit. With only four people in a 3,156 sq. ft. house, there’s plenty of space and it never feels crowded. About the room Private first-floor bedroom with a bathroom shared with one other person. All utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and monthly common-area cleaning are included in rent. No additional fees. About the roommates I’m a 26-year-old working professional. It’s definitely not a loud or crazy party house, but I like having friends over sometimes to grill, hang out, have Bible studies, or play games. Overall, I’m going for a house that’s social and fun but still relaxed and respectful. I’m currently filling the other rooms, and there will never be more than four guys living in the house.
