Couch for sale: $350

Hey hey, I’m upgrading apartments in Arlington and would rather not move any more furniture than necessary. I’ve got a used, dark gray, woven fabric couch that’s very comfortable to lounge on for binge watching, chatting with friends, or to sleep an overnight guest. It’s approximately 2-3 years old, 7-8 feet long and 2.5 feet deep. Pillows are included if desired. There is mild wear on pillows and couch corners from pets, but otherwise it’s in very good condition. Limited availability: Pickup only between June 21-30, 2025. You must have your own mode of transportation for it as I have none. For price comparison, I believe this was originally IKEA, but I got it used as well so I’m not sure. Three women looking for a fourth CF to move into available bedroom in a single-family home located in Falls Church, near Mosaic District and downtown Falls Church. The room is available starting July 1, and includes a private bathroom and a private office room. Rent is approximately $1150/month, and utilities usually range between $70-$80/month. Shared spaces in the house are mostly furnished and include kitchen, dining room, living room, and living space in the finished basement. The house has a nice size deck and a firepit space in the backyard. The driveway fits two cars and is shared amongst roommates, with free street parking also available. We are located about 1 ½ miles from the West Falls Church metro and 3 miles from the East Falls Church metro. The three of us are women in our early 30s who love deep conversation, good books, and keeping our kitchen clean. We love checking out local wineries and breweries, and are on a constant hunt for the best Chinese takeout. We value direct communication, and want our home to be warm and inviting. We're all pretty laid back, like to keep our home neat but lived-in, and appreciate a house culture that encourages community while also allowing for alone time. We have pretty active social lives, and frequently enjoy having friends over for game/movie nights, cookouts, and other gatherings, including a weekly bible study that meets in our home. Hey yall! My husband and I are a young Christian couple looking to rent out the basement unit in our home in Alexandria, VA. The property is a 2bed/1 bath basement apartment in the Rose Hill neighborhood of Alexandria with a main living area and a kitchenette! There are several bus stops in close proximity and the house is less than 2 miles from Huntington metro station, 10 minutes driving from Old Town Alexandria, and 20 minutes from DC. Rent would be $1,800 for the whole space (including utilities) - you’d have free parking as well as access to the washer/dryer, the patio, and the backyard/firepit (and our extensive library if that’s your vibe!!) Room available in late August! Rent is $735 and bills are around $100-150. Excellent location near Pentagon City. There is a metro, several grocery stores, a shopping mall, and a Costco within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the house. It's a very safe residential neighborhood with on-street parking. The twin room is on the main floor and shares a bathroom with two of the other girls. The house itself is cute and cozy. The lease is month to month, and you are responsible for finding your own replacement. We have a cute little front yard and porch and a medium backyard that is fenced in . There is a fourth girl in the basement with her own bathroom. She is Catholic and the rest of us are Protestant. Everyone is their 20s or very early 30s. We're all very friendly and easy going.
